URBAN AND SUBURBAN REDEVELOPMENT
Market Rate Housing
We develop rental and for sale single-family and multifamily housing including homes, town-homes, condominiums, and apartments.
We have extensive experience in acquiring, building, rehabilitating, and financing affordable housing, often using Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC).
Tax Credit and Grants
We use Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), federal or state historic tax credits, New Market Tax Credits (NMTC), and/or grants to revitalize neighborhoods and communities.
We understand the unique challenges of developing vertical or horizontal mixes of residential, commercial, cultural, institutional, or industrial uses within a building or property.
We promote the reuse of economically obsolete and/or historic buildings. The buildings are often located on brownfields and contain regulated building materials that require remediation.
We reuse property impacted by the actual, or perceived, presence of hazardous materials. Hazardous materials are often associated with historic manufacturing and industrial uses.
